After more than 15 years in the trenches of the hospitality industry, I know what it's like to be short-staffed on a Saturday night, I know how much it hurts to throw away stock due to poor management, and I know the loneliness of the owner when the numbers don't add up."
I created Global Vision because I was tired of seeing businesses with soul fail due to a lack of structure. I was tired of seeing the social devaluation of our work, the lack of resources to professionalize and dignify it. I'm not here to tell you how to cook (you already know that), I'm here to give you the systems I created, the financial control I learned, and the strategy I perfected so you can stop being a slave to your business and start being its owner.
