This website and the service provided (hereinafter the Service) are available to any user and are subject to the following terms and conditions: these Terms of Use and Contract, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our terms and conditions. You also agree not to use this site for illegal purposes. Furthermore, please note that for legal reasons, we archive the electronic documents formalizing subscriptions to our paid services. 3. Description and Use of the Service

3.1. Service Provision, Global Vision Hospitality offers:

  1. Business advisory services: Strategic, operational and management consulting for businesses in the hospitality sector.
  2. Private Chef and Event Services: Organization of gastronomic events, chef services at home and personalized culinary experiences.

3.2. Use

Users agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and the platform’s terms and conditions. Users also agree not to collect data for advertising purposes, send advertising of any kind, or communicate with third parties for sales or other commercial purposes. Furthermore, they may not make data collected through the Service available to third parties for any purpose. Users will be held liable for any breach of these obligations. Similarly, users will be held responsible for any damage, disablement, overloading, impairment, or disruption of the normal use of the materials and information contained in the Service, the information systems, or the documents, files, and all other content stored on any computer equipment belonging to the Service.

4. External links

The Service may direct you to other websites via links. However, Global Vision Hospitality has no control over those sites or their content, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, it is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness, or accuracy of the information contained therein.

5.Age

Regarding registration for our Service, or the purchase of any of our products or services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and use the site in accordance with its terms and conditions. If you are purchasing the Service on behalf of a company, you acknowledge that you have the necessary authorization and representation on behalf of the organization to do so. You represent that all information you provide to access the Service, both before and during its use, is true, complete, and accurate.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The content and information of the Service (including, but not limited to, text, sound, and images), as well as the hardware and software used to provide such content and information, are the property of Boris Georgiev Gordevski (Global Vision Hospitality) or are used with the appropriate authorizations. Furthermore, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale, and any other form of exploitation of the Service for commercial or equivalent purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

7.User Content

You can contribute to the Service by sending us messages or content through the forms or email. By doing so, you grant Global Vision Hospitality a license to use your content to process your request, display testimonials (if approved), or improve the service. However, we reserve the right not to publish any content or information that is false or infringes on the rights of third parties.

8. Price and taxes

The prices of the products and services offered in the Service are indicated in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. If the customer’s place of residence or domicile is another member state of the European Union or a third country, the price may change if the applicable tax rate is different (e.g., reverse charge mechanism for intra-Community B2B transactions).

9. Payment and means

To purchase our products or book our services, payment is required according to the terms and conditions outlined in the offer. Important information regarding service bookings: All payments made through the website for consulting or events represent a deposit for the requested service and do not necessarily constitute the final price. The final price of the service will be formalized through a personalized quote after an analysis of the client’s needs, and the relationship will be governed by a formal service agreement.

Payment for the contracted Service can be made through:

  • Credit or debit card: (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), through a secure payment gateway.
  • Bank transfer: To the number indicated at the end of the order. The service will not be confirmed until the funds are received.

Global Vision Hospitality uses SSL technology to ensure security in all transactions.

In the case of subscription services for Level 0: Global Foundations, the user expressly authorizes Global Vision Hospitality to perform recurring charges on the provided payment card. The initial transaction will be conducted under Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) protocols. Subsequent transactions will be processed as Merchant Initiated Transactions (MIT), based on the user’s prior consent granted at the time of purchase.

10. Promotional codes and discounts

Global Vision Hospitality may offer discounts to its users, which will be applied in the form of promotional codes or direct invoice discounts under the following conditions:

  • Nature: Promotional codes are unique, personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Usage: They will be valid for one use per customer and cannot be accumulated or redeemed in combination with other offers.
  • Validity: Each code will have a specific validity period (by default, 1 year from its acquisition if no other date is indicated).
    • Example: The 20% discount on advisory services obtained through subscription seniority can only be applied once to a specific service within the validity year.
    • Example: Welcome discounts or monthly promotions (e.g., 50% off in the second month) will be applied using the code provided after the first payment.
  • Verification (Self-Employed Discount): To receive the additional discount for self-employed individuals, it is mandatory to submit the supporting documentation requested during the ordering process. If this documentation is not received within a maximum of 7 calendar days , Global Vision Hospitality reserves the right to charge the full amount of the standard fee or to suspend the subscription.

11. Validity of offers

Services and prices are available while they are listed in the online catalog. Global Vision Hospitality reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary and may update prices and services according to market conditions without prior notice. Typographical errors in prices will be corrected promptly, but are not binding.

12. Exclusion of warranties and liability

Except as otherwise provided by law, Global Vision Hospitality is not liable for any damages that may arise from inaccurate information or technical website failures. Furthermore, it excludes liability for damages resulting from the use of the Service or from the impersonation of a third party by a user.

13. Withdrawal, Cancellations and Refunds

13.1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Personalized Products and Services)

Since the services offered (personalized advice, events, private chef and fresh/cooked gastronomic products) are made according to the user’s specifications, clearly personalized or may deteriorate quickly, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal will not apply to them, in accordance with article 103, letter c) and letter l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 .

13.2. Cancellation and Termination Policy for Subscription Services (Consulting)

The following specific conditions will apply to advisory services under a subscription model:

  • Right of Cancellation: The customer may request cancellation at any time.
  • Advance notice:
    • Monthly Subscription: Please notify at least 7 days in advance of the start of the next billing cycle.
    • Annual Subscription: Please notify at least 7 days in advance of the end date of the annual period.
    • If the notice is received less than 7 days in advance, the renewal will be executed automatically and the cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
  • Procedure: The request must be made in writing to legal@globalvisionhospitality.com.
  • Effects: The customer retains access until the end of the paid period. Partial refunds are not issued for unused periods.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the provided payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. In the event of three failed payment attempts due to reasons attributable to the client, Global Vision Hospitality reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the service without prior notice.

13.3. Returns and Claims (Physical Products/Events)

If a physical product or on-site service arrives damaged, in poor condition, or does not correspond to what was contracted due to a cause attributable to Global Vision Hospitality, the client must immediately notify (within a maximum of 24 hours for fresh products or on-site services for events) legal@globalvisionhospitality.com to manage the appropriate solution, replacement, or compensation.

14. Modifications and nullity

We may update the Service’s terms and conditions in the future. We will notify you of significant changes on the website or by email. If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Service is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, if the user is a consumer, they may use the European online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If the contract is entered into by a company or professional, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia and Spanish law, waiving any other jurisdiction.

This document will only be effective for fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the contracting, in the case of services.

When you send us the withdrawal form, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. We collect this data to fulfill your request as a customer, the legal basis for which is the contract. In any case, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability at any time by mail or email, as indicated in our Privacy Policy .
